Aspen Neighborhoods


“East Aspen” is one of the most desirable and trendy locations in Aspen right now because of its proximity-to-everything and relative ease of access. Beginner friendly Buttermilk offers secluded country living.  Whether you are looking for a modest hillside dream home, or large family estate, this West Aspen location offers interesting mix that is sure to delight.  Home Value Range: $4 M to $50 M.


Located on the banks of the Roaring Fork River and part of the Aspen Core, Calderwood is a much sought after Aspen location.  This neighborhood is close to downtown, so if taking a stroll to dinner or a show is your kind of lifestyle, the subdivision is your kind of place. Downtown Aspen, often called The Core, is where you will find studio and condo living along with single family homes.  There is a wide range of sizes, types, and styles to choose from in The Core and all of it is in walking distance to everything in Downtown Aspen. A fantastic family oriented neighborhoods offering plenty of newly constructed homes.  Parts of this area also offer stunning views.  Home Value Range: $1.8 M to $8 M.


Starwood is an exclusive gated community with twenty-four hour a day security.  Here you will find fixer uppers and ultra high end estates. Home Value Range: $3 M to $100 M.



The West End is Aspen’s historic district, there is some newer construction as well. Original mining town homes have been delightfully restored with all the modern amenities added as well. These properties are extremely desirable, due to walking distance from town and the charm of the area.  Home Value Range: $3 M to $13 M.


Ten minutes northwest of Aspen, Woody Creek is not actually a subdivision of Aspen. It has its own post office, a character special onto itself, and is the home of the famous Woody Creek Tavern. Home Value Range: $1.5 M to $6 M.
